Do the bikes come pre-assembled?

Most bikes arrive 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.

How do I choose the right frame size?

We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page based on rider height. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more control.

What tools are required for assembly?

Basic assembly typically requires a set of Allen keys (4mm, 5mm, 6mm), a 15mm wrench for pedals, and a grease or lubricant for threaded parts.

Are pedals included with my purchase?

Most complete bikes include standard platform pedals. However, some high-end track and road models are sold without pedals so riders can choose their preferred clipless system.

Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship complete bikes within the contiguous United States. Smaller components and apparel may be eligible for international shipping depending on the destination.
